The Mindset Quiz

The free mindset quiz is a 7-question assessment that identifies whether you have a Fixed, Mixed, or Growth mindset profile. It takes around 3 minutes to complete. After answering all questions, you can unlock your full personalised breakdown — including percentage scores, specific behavioural patterns, your hidden strengths, and personalised course recommendations — by entering your name and email address.

People with a fixed mindset believe their abilities are essentially static — you either have them or you don't. This leads to avoiding challenges, giving up when things get hard, and taking feedback personally. People with a growth mindset believe abilities can be developed through effort and learning. They tend to embrace challenges, persist through difficulty, and use feedback constructively. Most people have a mix of both — which is actually the most common profile.
